Direct Booking Steps

Direct Booking is used when a provider already has a public listing that matches your needs (e.g., "Aircon Cleaning - ₱500").

1. Locate the service card on the "Seek Services" marketplace page.
2. Click "Book Service" on the listing.
3. Choose an available payment method shown by the listing: On-site Cash or GCash.
4. Add a short description of the problem or task details.
5. For On-site Cash, optionally propose a preferred schedule and submit the request. The schedule is not reserved until the provider accepts.
6. For GCash, complete PayMongo Test Mode checkout. Verified payment confirmation creates the accepted queue booking; the provider does not accept it a second time.

Confirm the actual job location and total

Before requesting or paying for a listing, choose where the work will happen. The server checks optional provider coverage against this job location. Review the service price multiplied by any hours or days, plus the transportation fee once.

Cash bookings store the agreed job location when the request is created. GCash payment attempts store it before checkout and use that snapshot when a verified successful payment creates a booking. Changing your search or profile afterward does not move an existing job.
