Understanding Limited Mode
Accounts that are UNVERIFIED, PENDING_REVIEW or REJECTED remain in Limited Mode until administrator approval. The server enforces the verification gate for new marketplace interactions.
What You CAN Do in Limited Mode
- Browse public service listings around your chosen search location.
- Search for providers, read descriptions, and view pricing.
- Read public reviews and explore category offerings.
- Customize your user profile details and bio.
- Submit your residency verification documents.
What is RESTRICTED until Verified
- Booking a service or joining a live provider queue.
- Posting custom job requests on the community board.
- Submitting offers to seeker requests.
- Publishing active service listings as a provider.
- Sending direct messages or starting transaction chats.
