Two Ways to Complete a Booking

ServiceHub supports eligible GCash checkout through PayMongo Test Mode for fixed-price online bookings, plus a separate direct on-site cash arrangement.

  • Online Test Mode: ServiceHub verifies the simulated GCash payment through a signed PayMongo webhook or a server-side intent check. Only verified success adds an accepted booking to the listing queue.
  • On-site Cash: The seeker pays the provider outside ServiceHub. Cash bookings never enter the online-payment queue or online transaction ledger.
