Completion, Internal Release, and Refunds

How online and cash bookings reach their final payment states.

Final States

When the seeker confirms completed work, an online booking becomes RELEASED in ServiceHub’s internal Test Mode ledger. A cash booking becomes CASH_CONFIRMED and is recorded separately from online payments.

  • Cancellation before completion keeps cash external. In Test Mode, ServiceHub records an explicit simulated reversal; it does not claim that PayMongo moved real money.
  • A disputed online payment remains FROZEN_HELD until an administrator refunds it or completes and releases the booking.
  • Administrator decisions and refund attempts are retained for audit and retry.
